Remington MS-5100 : Excellent Shaver for Sensitive Skin
August 31st, 2008
I recently purchased this razor after having sunk over $1000 dollars on the Norelco Cool Skin Shaver that required endless lotion packs. I have extremely sensitive skin and switched to this shaver overnight with no razor burn or bumps or the claw marks that often appeared with my Norelco Razor. The nicest thing about this shaver is not maintenance products. You only have to replace the blades and screen as recommended. I got a real deal at Target for $49.99 that included a Remington 10+1 Body grooming kit.
An additional note that I used baby powder on my skin prior to shaving. This is opposed to the shave stick that is advertised.
SCOTT TOWELS ARE BACK!
August 5th, 2008
It has been going on 20 years since Scott was as good as Bounty and this is finally IT. Bounty prices have gone through the roof. Nearly catching up to Viva’s with their eliminating nice big rolls and selling only annoyingly small ones which need changing every few hours. These new Scotts feel good. Look pretty. Are indeed strong when wet. Absorb oils from hands decently. The BIG BEEFY ROLL lasts me (I spill everything) days! WELCOME BACK SCOTT. It’s not cloth-like, like Viva but it is a very good product for its purpose. Now if the price would drop for both these whites and for prints the world would be a better place… The toilet paper, that’s still no good.Bolle Vigilante Multi-Lens Sunglasses

I have been wearing Bolle Sunglasses for a while now because of their design and value. The prices vary widely and you have to be a smart consumer. The price I paid for these excellent sunglasses here on Amazon was the best I found. The fact that these glasses have interghangeable lenses makes them awesome. I recommend both the glasses and seller to anyone looking for great style and a low priceBolle Fusion Limit Sunglasses (Shiny Gun/TNS)

July 22nd, 2008Checked these at Sunglass Hut today. Looked good on me, I thought. Took a bit of persuading to get my old lady to agree. My problem is that I look like a goof ball in nearly every pair of sunglasses. So, all I did was try on a few other pairs and she agreed with me, I’m a goof ball, oh, and also that the Bolle Envy were cool. Sweet color frame, cool lens’, nice coverage.
I Love Bolle Fusion Envy Sunglasses

Hi There! Well, the package arrived on time, containing the sunglasses and a nice case. The sunglasses are fantastic, since you don’t feel like it’s night time when you wer them, they just polarize the sunlight.Stamina Aero Pilates Performer 295 (Factory Refurbished)
July 18th, 2008
I took over a year of Pilates classes (on equipment) with a private instructor, and although, granted, this isn’t as sturdy or solid as a “real” Pilates Reformer, it’s still a valuable piece of workout equipment and as close to Pilates Reformer as you can get without paying $45-60 an hour.
(Before any Pilates instructors - whom I respect - get all up in arms about that statement, let me just say that I definitely wish I had the budget to continue paying for an instructor, because it is worth it - but if you don’t have the budget, this is the next best thing.)
I’d recommend that if you’re going to buy one, you take at least a few Pilates Reformer in-person classes first - the accompanying DVD is a bit pithy compared to “real” Pilates - but if you know what you’re doing regarding Pilates positions, you can definitely make use of the Performer.
I’ve had mine for about 3 months, and although the two plastic covers on each far end do occasionally pop off (you assemble much of the machine yourself - not difficult - and those particular pieces are only attached with double-stick tape), the rest of it seems pretty sturdy given the price. I do not have mine up on a stand, and I prefer it that way, as I can tip it on its side, easily fold it, and slide it underneath the stairs at my flat. It IS quite heavy, but I only noticed that while taking it out of the box; once you dedicate a space for storing it, it can quickly be folded/unfolded and slid into/out of wherever you choose to keep it.
Performance-wise (no pun intended), I can do the majority of my previous Reformer routine on this machine, including The Hundred, Mermaid, Arm and Leg Circles, and Elephant, and I’m definitely feeling it in the muscles and seeing results.
Stamina Pilates Lower Body Workout Series DVD
July 18th, 2008
I am glad I purchased this dvd along with the Upper Body DVD. Marjolein Brugman is a great teacher and it starts with warm ups for the lower body (in some ways similar to the Upper Body Workout. I did feel the burn with the exercises. The time passed quickly and there are alternate views of foot position using a mini picture screen in the top right hand corner of the screen. There is faint classical music in the background. I wish the music was more inspiring though.Stamina Pilates Upper Body Workout Series DVD
